In the context of major global changes and uncertainty, investing in the stability and resilience of civil society seems more important than ever. In solidarity with organisations affected by the U.S. freeze on foreign aid payments, the Ecumenical Women’s Initiative is therefore increasing the number of organisational grants awarded through its regular public call this year, hoping to support the continuation of their work and contribute to the creation of sustainable social change.
What is organisational support?
Organisational support is one-time financial support which ensures the continuity of existing EWI partner organisation’s activities and the strengthening of their organisational resilience.
Who can apply?
Grassroots civil society organisations:
Grant amount
Up to EUR 5,000 per organisation
Project duration: up to 6 months.
Duration from: earliest 15. 4. 2025.
Duration until: latest 15. 10. 2025.
Application guidelines
Carefully read through the Guidelines to submit an application. The completed forms together with the certificate of registration should be sent by e-mail to: natjecaj@eiz.hr no later than 31.3.2025. at 15.00. EWI will confirm receipt of all applications.
