The highest governing body of the Ecumenical Women's Initiative is its Assembly which has a regional, inter-religious and mixed gender profile. It comprises of activists with extensive experience in civil society, particularly in the field of peacebuilding and nonviolence. Develops and supervises the implementation of strategic plans, leads fundraising strategies, actions and funder relations, advocates on issues related to resource mobilisation.

Manages programme activities and grantmaking portfolios, coordinates monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) procedures, collaborates in the planning and development of EWI’s Programme.

Coordinates the grantee capacity building portfolio and supports internal grant screening processes.

Danica Tomasović

Finance officer

Coordinates and implement all aspects of EWI’s financial management, collaborates in the planning, design and structuring of annual, strategic and project budgeting.

Advisors

EWI works with a pool of external experts from across the region with whom it consults on specific topics and engages in training, project screening and networking events. These experts include specialised trainers, mentors, facilitators, educators, analysists and scholars particularly from the field of feminist theology.
